In accordance with the Ministry of Education's guidelines, 

foreign students will have some restrictions on enrolling in 100% Pre-recorded Video Lectures starting in Spring 2026 Course Enrollment.

- 100% Pre-recorded Video Lectures: lectures comprised entirely of non-face-to-face, non-real-time video 

(Yonsei Portal Course Enrollment System - Distant Lecture Status - Lectures marked as [Online(video recorded)])

- This restriction applies only toforeign students with a D-2 visa in degree programs

- Restrictions: starting from theSpring 2026Course Enrollment, foreign students with a D-2 visa in degree programs

must check the percentage of credits from 100% Pre-recorded Video Lectures at 

[Yonsei Portal Course Enrollment System - Application Content – Online(video recorded)], 

and it must not exceed 30% of total credits for the semester.

- Even if a student withdraws from a course during the semester, the credits from 100% Pre-recorded Video Lectures still must not exceed 30% of the total credits for the semester.

- (Exception for Master's and Doctoral students) it is allowed to take 100% Pre-recorded Video Lectures up to 30% of the total credits for the semester or to take up to one 100% Pre-recorded Video Lecture per semester.

- The above restrictions apply only to regular semesters (Spring and Fall) and DO NOT apply to seasonal semesters (Summer and Winter).

교육부 지침에 따라 2026-1학기부터 외국인 유학생의 단순 동영상 강의 수강이 일부 제한되므로, 

이를 고려하여 수강신청을 진행하여 주시기를 바랍니다.

- 단순 동영상 강의: 비대면 비실시간 동영상 100%로 구성된 강의

(학사포털 수강신청 시스템 - 원격강의여부 - ‘비대면(동영상)’으로 표시된 강의)

- 대상: 학위과정 외국인 유학생 중 유학(D-2) 비자를 소지한 자

- 제한사항: 2026-1학기부터 학위과정 외국인 유학생 중 유학(D-2) 비자를 소지한 자는 

해당 학기의 총 신청학점 중 단순 동영상 강의 학점 비율이 30% 이하가 되도록 수강신청 하여야 함. 

(비율 확인: 학사포털 수강신청 시스템 – 신청내역 - ‘비대면(동영상)’)

- 학기 중 수강과목을 철회하는 경우, 수강철회 후에도 해당 학기의 총 학점 중 단순 동영상 강의 학점 비율이 30% 이하가 되어야 함.

- (석사·박사과정생 예외사항) 해당 학기 총 신청학점의 30% 이내 또는 학기당 1과목까지 단순 동영상 강의 이수 가능

- 위의 제한사항은 정규학기(1학기, 2학기)에만 적용되며, 계절학기(여름, 겨울)에는 적용되지 않음.
